Strong Beginnings

If you have beginner clients coming to class and you only offer open level classes don’t hesitate to have them take class. Have that beginner stand near or in between people that are more experienced. That way they have someone to glance over at if they are unsure of what to do. This will make the class go smoother, and the instructor will have to demonstrate less.

If you’re trying to transition quickly pick out someone in the class to have the clients follow or get in the right position. This will give the newer clients confidence that they can keep up and get a good workout without feeling frustrated.
