Member Shout Out

As a fitness business owner I often feel pressure to continually chase the highly sought after new client.   Although new customers are and important part of a successful fitness practice, this shouldn’t be your only focus.

Taking time to give extra attention to your current clients will go a long way to retain their business.  A great way to make your client’s feel special and part of a supportive group is to have a weekly or monthly “Member Mention”.

Give a shout out to someone who has been putting in an extra effort, has met a major milestone in their training or maybe it’s their Birthday or they have become a parent or grandparent.

There are many Social Media outlets to easily spread the work of your dedicated members.  Another popular idea is to give out a t-shirt each month to well deserving client.  Theses small rewards often have a big impact on frequency and consistency in class attendance.
